As long as there are other sites that they will do better than me, as Vandal , but I would like to discuss two issues that I think are of vital importance about Modern Warfare 2, the new major release in the history of entertainment: the way campaign bellows loses again much multiplayer versus and the issue of violence in the game.

Do not know about you, but I after receiving a game of this caliber, the first thing I do is get to play alone and enjoy the campaign mode. All right (action, spectacular, good script, sound setting ...) unless you just as soon as a Hollywood popcorn movie and at the end one wonders if he has not become the player mode just that, a movie playable flashy . One is left with the feeling that Infinity Ward has focused, once again, in multiplayer, improving campaign mode, but I tend clear that the important thing is the other.
It is increasingly clear that the importance of the game is going to play online, in a way which Microsoft will be disconnected if it detects that you're hacking the console, and Sony is preparing to charge soon. When you lose money on every console sold and not sold enough games to monetize large investments, it seems that online and multiplayer mode is the new holy grail. But is it fair to pay around 60 euros for a campaign that lasts a few hours and play the rest, the multiplayer mode, you have to proceed to checkout? Did not pay enough?
The single player experience is enlarged slightly with special operations calls, mini-missions that are quite entertaining, but many of them are only available for multiple players.
The truth is that the multiplayer is the most fun, full of great scenes, constant improvements through your achievements, in-game aids casualties thanks to you produce ... until you get to 25 and you can activate the nuclear bomb that erases map all and makes you win. Someday I'll get the pump! I swear!
Then there is the airport scene in which we are part of the evil and provoke a slaughter in an airport. In my opinion this scene may be necessary for the normal course of history, but what is not needed is to play. As a player and bring us anything or nothing in the scene, because although not perform a single shot, the rest of the group will do the slaughter on its own and we will just go with them. No choice, no moral dilemma.
In my humble opinion, they could have shown briefly killing with some kinematics and let us start the mission after the incident. Developer The justification was that they wanted to identify ourselves with the evil Makarov group, but as I have explained, this effect is not achieved. I guess the scene is there really to argue, as a cry of Infinity Ward creative freedom, but I thought it was a great idea, because the game did not need the controversy to be a bestseller and children that surely will not miss this game should not "enjoy" these scenes.
