Controversy with Versus mode for Resident Evil 5: With the game modes do not play!

These days much is said about the controversy surrounding Resident Evil 5, and I am not referring to the controversy over whether the game is racist or not (which is not), but the fact that they will charge around 5 euros for the Versus gameplay (a new competitive mode), which will arrive shortly as a download added to the game.

Of course, users have mounted angry because they feel that the game modes to play and not least a few weeks after the release of a video game for which they have paid almost 70 euros. Regardless of the arguments that brings Capcom to make their point, I think the bottom line is what controversy is likely to be discharged and charged after the start of the game and what not.

What I believe is that the gaming community does not want to pay more for items that should be included in the game, such as weapons or game modes. These elements must be in the original game, which should give us a complete and finished to justify the purchase and the high value of the game. Other decorative elements and do not affect the game, like new clothes or ornaments for the characters, they would be eligible for additional downloads. Would even pay for additional maps, as demonstrated GTA The Lost and Damned, if a whole new chapter, which provides new content and a new story, does deserve to be downloaded (another issue is at what price).

It is unacceptable for us to checkout again to buy a game mode that will provide the same characters and weapons that can be found in Mercenaries mode, which is unlocked by finishing the story mode, not as we want to sell separately .

This has just learned that the Versus mode is 5 euros

What do you think is additionally capable of being downloaded and what not? Why are you willing to pay more?

Capcom continues to defend the RE 5 Versus Mode

Update: Leo Meristation that Capcom is given more time to release downloadable content or discord, which is the same, balk at the barrage of criticism.

Games like Prince of Persia or Command & Conquer Free

Lately I've been posting a lot about games. The other day I told you how to get free Xbox 360 games and how to play online for free Wii . Now I read that many game companies are putting direct download and free many of their older titles for PC

As always, the most innovative is Ubisoft. The games are released Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, Far Cry and Rayman Raving Rabbids. Course, are free but carry advertising. In the same download file says "Free ad supported game," meaning free game supported by advertising. I assume that is an experiment at Ubisoft, with support from FilePlanet, since in Spain Ubisoft page is not even mentioned the subject. Click here to download the games. Have the links in the right column, just below the "What's hot".

For its part, Electronic Arts allows you to download Command & Conquer . This game is very special to me. It was the one I was hooked in my life, becoming 3 consecutive days (no nights, of course) giving up acabármelo. I think it was the end of BUP, and meant to leave then some games. It was like a large overdose of which take long to recover and return to catch a game more healthy. If you have not played ever do it. It's a great game

Finally, let you know that you can also play Sim City, another clasicazo, but this time online, without downloading the game. Click here to play.

It is curious this initiative to give away games. No other acts and entertainment industry. The music and film is not cheap even in jest, but it seems the entertainment industry is more open. It is also true that the older games worse than the music or movies.

The last major release accident: Jewel Quest 2

The last major release of the casual scene is the second part of another classic, Jewel Quest. This second part is not very different from the first. It's the same style of play, but what I liked is that you put your name and place of residence and can play a new multiplayer mode where you can meet someone anywhere in the world at random. In Jewel Quest does not upset the contrary, is more a trial to see who gets more points. All of a vice.

- Download Jewel Quest 2 .

What was the game's most famous casual internet?

Answering this question is not as complicated as it sounds. It is true that there have been many great online games. Even many of them are being adapted to Nintendo DS and PSP, like Cake Mania or Diner Dash . But for me the great classic that still use today as the first day, both online and download game is Zuma .

Zuma was a creation of U.S. Popcap , some teachers in this casual game which recently signed him even the boss of Xbox Live. No online service that does not have and actively promotes this game: online games, PDA, mobile, Xbox Live, iPod, Mac ... This is the quintessential casual game. Very simple to play (you need to control the stone frog spit and punch balls that you have to match the dancing around you ... well, better try it), addictive from the first second, suitable for a small break in work or for an afternoon of entertainment.

If you do an online game, be sure to play around with Zuma . It should be your model, but do not copy it, already there are plenty of similar games (Luxor, Sweetopia, Tumblebugs ...) and there is even the odd claim of infringing intellectual property rights.

Anyway, sorry for the great Diner Dash , the Bookworm, Text Express, Big Kahuna, Bejeweled and many others, but for me the best is Zuma .

- Play Zuma .
