PRISA and divorce Meristation
These days Internet is buzzing with rumors about Meristation, web news leader in video games. The principle of the whole story was a story a few paragraphs in which Pep Sanchez, founder of Meristation, announced a change in the servers (who were not very fine lately) and asked for patience to users.
So far so normal, but things get complicated considering that PRISA and Meristation had an agreement that know the details, but from which it is known that PRISA Meristation providing hosting and acting as an "associate" of PRISA, yielding traffic to third parties and games being the PRISA website for all purposes.
The fact that Pep Avellaneda and Elena, his wife and the other founder of Meristation, remove their pages PRISA machines caused the angry reaction of the group of Polanco, who announced lawsuits. This is the full text of PRISA statement:
"PRISACOM Meristation sue does not respect its option to purchase
In yesterday, January 16, appeared a notice on the web specializing in Meristation games so far hosted on servers PRISACOM, informing users that could not access this site and all its services for several days due to a transfer to computers for a new supplier.
For better information to potential affected PRISACOM would point out that, pursuant to the contract once signed with Meristation has rightfully exercised its right to acquire the business of this site.

Naturally, if Meristation does not immediately comply with its contractual obligations shall demand it PRISACOM Court cases against Meristation and against any third party that may have some involvement in that breach. "

Reading between the lines in this text we deduce that Meristation PRISA had not advised of the change of hosting and have been caught by surprise. Logically, there is equal traffic Meristation have not have it. PRISACOM as a group might go too without Meristation.
Today, Meristation still fall, and takes almost a week and no official communiqués or news Meristation by PRISA. At present the online version of "The Country" still links to articles and home Meristation Pep and Helena in the past dated Ciberpaís day 18, besides the great story celebrating ten years of Meristation. Currently PRISA has not withdrawn the references to Meristation. Will it continue Meristation EP3 linking or publishing news of Technology in its pages?
