What's wrong with "Meri"?

Posted by at 11:28 in Meristation , Meristation PRISA , video games

It's no secret that the situation in the PRISA group is dramatic. The shares have plummeted, creditors want their money back and are desperately seeking liquidity. After the difficulty of selling Digital Plus at a decent price, is now rumored that perhaps opt for the sale of one of its two most profitable and prized asset: La Cadena Ser or group Santillana.

To all I have to remember that Meristation belongs to the group PRISA, as the courts of the Town and Court of Madrid. How does this affect Meristation? Do Cebrian and company would raise the sale of Meristation? The truth is that Hobby Press and considered purchasing it for a while and was rumored to also be interested Vocento. If you look hard, pure profit, a business that could cost them two hard sell for quite a million so as to achieve the desired liquidity, but I doubt it was a lot to lift PRISA trouble and also if you look a little medium to long term, Meristation not misplaced and could take advantage of that video games are becoming the entertainment industry more profitable and more solid future.

Do you guys think? Do you detach PRISA "Meri"?

I do not think it is a bulb too sweet.

As a former Meri, I know that much currelo there and the fact that most editors do not charge anything, is something too good to desistimarla.

First you need to pass the ownership and control of Meristation to Prisa, which has not happened yet.
