Update (25/06/2008): Edreams has contacted me to return my twenties euro had lost, so I finally just left the 10 processing fee by the way. It seems that from the beginning had accepted me back the money, but your e comentándomelo never arrived. I am grateful to customer service to resolve this misunderstanding and to reimburse much of the money, but I still agree with the clause that imposes a penalty of 25 euros for any changes in your reservation. Yesterday I was watching holidays online. This year we again approach to Galicia and then to Portugal. After a long look at different web-site, just in Edreams, which offered the same hotel and same day about 40 euros cheaper. When booking we saw reading "dual-use room", which we wanted for 2, although in reality we were booking for one person. We have also made the mistake because normally in all web pages by default comes to book a room for 2 adults.
Reservation is made, seeing the proof we realize that "dual-use room" does not mean it is for 2 people. Can someone explain why they can put itself into a person! The only thing I can think is that it is a room that could be occupied by 2 people, which is more spacious.
We claim they answer quickly and so dry that 25 Euros for the change and 75 per extra night, or a "slam dunk". You do it by internet save a few euros and eventually exploit the slightest mistake. Hice una reserva de avión+hotel a través de eDreams y tras introducir todos los datos, tarjeta de crédito… me envían un e-mail diciendo que el hotel queda reservado y pagado y que me confirmarán los billetes de avión en menos de 24 horas.
En menos de 8 horas recibo un nuevo e-mail indicando que por problemas en los servidores de la compañía aérea han tenido que cancelar tanto el vuelo como el hotel, sin embargo veo un cargo en mi tarjeta por el importe de los billetes de avión emitido por la propia compañía aérea.
Contacto con eDreams y me dicen que mi tarjeta de crédito ha sido rechazada y por eso han tenido que cancelar todo y que si tengo un cargo en mi cuenta ellos no se hacen responsables y tengo que hablar con la compañía aérea.
Hablo con la compañía aérea y me dicen que el cargo es correcto porque los billetes están reservados y pagados y me envían por e-mail las tarjetas de embarque y los códigos de confirmación.
En resumen, he tenido que llamar varias veces a eDreams, a números 902, tengo un vuelo que no puedo cancelar y ellos me han cancelado el hotel y no se hacen responsables de nada ni me dan ninguna solución.
Para colmo, la última vez que he hablado con ellos me han dicho que es imposible que la reserva la haya realizado a través de eDreams y que están seguros que he comprado los billetes directamente en la web de compañía aérea y que por tanto que se hacen cargo de absolutamente nada.
¡NO TIENEN VERGÜENZA!

Estos dias he estado buscando un vuelo para ir a Turquia (2 personas).
Intenté reservar los vuelos mediante la web de edreams. Hay un punto donde la web me da un precio final (sin incluir los gastos de gestión). Son unos 850 euros. Pues bien, en la siguiente pantalla (donde ya se entran los datos de la VISA), me avisa que los gastos de gestión son unos 20 euros. Pero en cambio, el precio total son unos 1200 euros. ¿A que viene esa subida? No hay quien lo entienda. Que falta de claridad e información.. Por supuesto, no contraté los vuelos con edreams y no voy a volver a pisar jamas esa web.
