Update (25/06/2008): Edreams has contacted me to return my twenties euro had lost, so I finally just left the 10 processing fee by the way. It seems that from the beginning had accepted me back the money, but your e comentándomelo never arrived. I am grateful to customer service to resolve this misunderstanding and to reimburse much of the money, but I still agree with the clause that imposes a penalty of 25 euros for any changes in your reservation. Yesterday I was watching holidays online. This year we again approach to Galicia and then to Portugal. Although about 2 months left for the trip, we wanted to look ahead and the Internet, as it does someone who makes the bread on the Web The result is that we made a small mistake in the reservation and now they want to drive 25 slightly modify euros. It is quite an injustice, unfair typical, but it seems we're going to have to pay and I can assure you that I repatea. I tell the whole story to see what you think:

After a long look at different web-site, just in Edreams, which offered the same hotel and same day about 40 euros cheaper. When booking we saw reading "dual-use room", which we wanted for 2, although in reality we were booking for one person. We have also made the mistake because normally in all web pages by default comes to book a room for 2 adults.

Reservation is made, seeing the proof we realize that "dual-use room" does not mean it is for 2 people. Can someone explain why they can put itself into a person! The only thing I can think is that it is a room that could be occupied by 2 people, which is more spacious.

We claim they answer quickly and so dry that 25 Euros for the change and 75 per extra night, or a "slam dunk". You do it by internet save a few euros and eventually exploit the slightest mistake. There is no room in this crowd, you can kneel in the tooth in the jugular and do not believe they drop their prey. My only change is to put one more person because I can assure you that my girlfriend did not want to slip (at least that swears). Well, put a 2 where 1 has put a 25 euros.

Although the clause is there and I have indirectly accepted the booking, I think it is abusive. It may be that you can not correct an error and less the day after making the reservation and 2 months of vacation. Edreams Lords, we are human, not like you, and we were wrong, especially if we put "help" as the famous "dual-use room" in which only fits one.

I explained that I seem to be causing injury sufficient to justify 25 euros extra on my bill or edreams or the hotel. They also stand to gain because 2 people are urged to travel ....

The truth is I'm sick of these unfair and nobody does anything. Does anyone do something to stop these unfair terms?

And they say why not take off online services ... So far I have asked the complaints book and to cancel the trip. I have canceled, but do not think they send you proof or anything.

Conclusion: No cojáis edreams your vacation, they're scavengers. At the end I left 34 euros. Even I have indicated where I can access the complaints book or anything.

    Nico, I can assure you I did not get any mail your "forgiving" the 25 euros. It was just the solution I was looking for, so if I had received, had been delighted and would not have lost 34, as you can understand.

    Hice cinco reservaciones de avion, las cuales me cargaron a mi tarjeta de debito, el mismo dia, despues al dia siguiente me enviaron tres cartas en las cuales me decia que mi tarjeta no tenia fondos para cobrar los boletos por lo que se cancelaban los vuelos. cheque en mi banco y todos los boletos los habian cobrado el mismo dia.
    Edreams dice que tiene oficinas en usa mexico etc etc, estuve llamando al numero que ponen en internet en mexico y ese numero no existe, total hable al de estados unidos pagando la llamada y me contesto una persona y me dijo que ellos solo tienen oficinas en españa y que si no funcionan los telefonos de mexico para transferir a españa no es problema de ellos.
    total me cargaron el dinero en mi tarjeta hace tres semanas y no me lo han devuelto, le hechan la culpa a ryanair la compañia aerea, que tambien me aparecen cargos de ellos cuando yo no se ni quienes son a los unicos que les pase los numeros de mi tarjeta fue a edreams……….tengan mucho cuidado con sus compras en edreams, no son recomendables es preferible pagar un poco mas y comprar directamente a la aerolinea……….

    I made a reservation on flight + hotel through eDreams and after entering all data, credit card ... send me an email saying that the hotel is booked and paid for and I will confirm the airline tickets within 24 hours.
    In less than 8 hours I get a new e-mail indicating that the server problems the airline had to cancel both the flight and the hotel, however I see a charge on my card for the amount of air tickets issued by the airline itself.
    EDreams contact and tell me that my credit card was rejected and so have had to cancel everything and if I have a charge on my account they are not responsible and I have to talk to the airline.
    I talk to the airline and tell me that the position is correct because the tickets are booked and paid and send me e-mail boarding passes and confirmation codes.
    In short, I had to call several times eDreams, numbers 902, I have a flight that I can not cancel and they would have canceled the hotel and are not responsible for anything or give me any solution.
    To make matters worse, the last time I talked to them have told me that it is impossible that the reservation has been made through eDreams and they are sure I bought the tickets directly to the airline website and therefore are made by absolutely nothing.

    These days I've been looking for a flight to go to Turkey (2 people).
    I tried to book flights through edreams web. There is a point where the web gives me a final price (not including fees). They are about 850 euros. Well, on the next screen (where the data is input and VISA), tells me that the management costs are about 20 euros. But instead, the total price is about 1200 euros. Does this increase coming? No one understands. That lack of clarity and information .. Of course, not the flight edreams hired and I will not ever again enter the site.
