The most interesting of the day: Play TV and SGAE, Sony releases and some "frikadas" more
Among the most interesting news of the day I am in Anait with confirmation of a rumor he had heard: "PlayTV does not appear in Spain because of the SGAE." + Rumor = Anait news right? I certainly believe it. Thanks to Teddy Bautista (We love you, put the word you want here, Teddy!), Users across Europe are already enjoying this aparatejo that lets you record TV on the PlayStation 3. I read in El Pais and other Spanish media a, a "enganchao" native, has been proclaimed runner-up of 'Warcraft III'. The boy, 16, has my respect and belongs to a generation that is going to kick your ass all who believe "medium skilled" and rondamos thirties. I get scared. ( more info ... )
And finally, in Japan, a site that will not visit unless all expenses paid, the second largest economy and country considered by all developed a technology, it is now the PS2 outsells the PS3. Jo, put half back two games whose demos I've been blown away, the "geek" overrated LBP and MS 2.
First, it will go for taste, but is that in Motorstorm it was cool, and I seriously considered buying the 2, but now I can not. It's the closest I've found to play a Free For All Quake 3, I think adrenaline and super fun, gameplay directly. The 2 demo I could play and if you do have multiplayer, would still be hooked xD I think the 1 but better.
Sorry, but I played Motorstorm on the PlayStation Experience and found more of the same. Given that the first did not like much ... The LBP has its charm platform games, the "User generated content" that finally comes to video games very cool and cooperative, but I do not have hooked, I think geek. The only thing that motivates me is the Resistance 2

But that is different than it is overrated: I find it quite fun and I've played live from burnout, improving it in multiplayer. Does the 2 is more of the same? Yes, but better: faster, more brutal and more beautiful. And with split screen, huge failure in 1. From now on it is the usual question: annual iteration usually does not pay ... Except nba2k seems xD
Support told by Taran, Motorstorm seemed to me, and I still find a great driving game destroy that reminded me of my time in the Destruction Derby, only more varied, more beast and with good toppings (the OST, the environment Asphalt-free ...). The MS 2 possibly acquire the improvements and enjoy multiplayer more and more circuits (no less than twice). If we picky "more of the same" we can quote a good string of titles (gta4, gears of war 2, ZOE 2, Oblivion ...) that make this "failure".
As for LBP and Resistance 2 because I also believe that fall, I could try the two demos (private in the case of Resistance 2) and I am more than happy. It may seem sappy (LBP) because the game design is clearly aimed at an audience younger, perhaps, why not say, casual. But I think that casual, except as otherwise provided, little else has. Making good levels takes time, you have to spend a few hours (something that usually does not fit the profile casual arrived and planted pine), some are damn difficult and addictive. Resistance 2 is also more of the same, but expanded, improved and refocused in many respects. I first hooked the history and atmosphere, as well as brutal multiplayer, this second I think I hooked the same.
I dunno, maybe it is my thirst for good titles which leads me to see these three forward (and Bioshock, Deadspace, AITD ...), but I do not err too much to say that all such will entertain almost anyone who to enjoy.
Certainly, GTA IV is more of the same, but I love it. Motorstorm is more of the same, but I do not like and I'm super fan of GT5, Project Gotham ... We enter the realm of taste, but to me what bothered me the most is that the circuits are not well defined. I am more than half a tenth circuit and win the next bend
With LBP do not think things are very clear. The game is more casual than hardcore, but the marketing campaign for LBP is totally focused on hardcore ... I do not see a casual level by creating a cool ...
