Wii Sports and More Brain Training: Mens sana in corpore sano
A lime and sand. After speaking of the "bad" that can become video games, this time I want to talk about how good they can become. It is scientifically proven to improve concentration and visual ability, among other things, but also if you play Wii Sports and the new More Brain Training, you can also get fit and improve your mental skills.
The other day was the presentation of More Brain Training, a rigorous study by the University of Granada and a famous neurologist. Both were happy with the product and glossed his virtues. Apparently, the game actually improves your mental ability gradually and provided it is done regularly, but of course, to some extent. No miracles.
Mens sana in corpore sano. Some people use the Wii to cut a few pounds as well. For my part, I'll do a little of both, but it would be best to point me back to the gym ...
